Method for operating elevator power failure lockout program

1: Place a fence on the lobby floor and in the car.
2: Post the elevator to stop using the prompt sign
3: Enter the equipment room, touch the traction machine, control cabinet, switch box, etc. in the equipment room with the right hand back, and confirm that all equipment does not have leakage. The operator must wear insulated shoes. It can also be tested using a qualified test pencil or multimeter.
4: After the elevator is stopped, use the elevator five-way intercom to confirm that there are no passengers in the car to take the elevator.
5: The elevator is in an emergency electric running state.
6: Use the multimeter to check the multimeter. The position of the jack inserted in the red and black test leads is correct. Confirm the gear position and check the watch. Check the table steps, a: multimeter resistance file or two connection file verification on and off, confirm whether the test pen is intact, b: verify the voltage file with battery or other existing live sockets and terminals.
7: Open the elevator main power switch box
8: Pulling the brake: The side-by-side single-finger operation cuts off the main power switch.
9: The multimeter measures whether the input side of the switch is normal voltage, fire--fire line voltage 380V, fire-zero phase voltage 220V, zero-- ground voltage, whether the load side is energized, confirm the zero voltage on the load side,
10: Fill in the power-off reminder card and list it.
11: Locked, when multiple people operate, everyone must be locked.
12: Open the control cabinet and all the indicators in the control cabinet are off.
13: According to the elevator schematic diagram, measure the voltage of the terminals in the control cabinet, confirm the zero potential, and ensure that the emergency power supply or the secondary backup power supply is turned off.
14: After the above operations are completed, the inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of the control cabinet and elevator electrical equipment can be started.
15: After the work is completed, make sure that all personnel who lock the power supply are in place and unlocked. Turn on the power.
16: There is no abnormality in the operation of the elevator for several times.
17: There is no abnormality in the elevator running the elevator several times.
18: Ensure that the elevator is running normally before leaving the room.
