The first contact with the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine took some detours when replacing the soft shaft, and repaired the four elevators. The three people spent nearly four hours, including the removal of a set of good elevators. One of the brake components, one person went to the city to purchase wire ropes and wire rope clamps. 1. About the working principle of the manual release brake: Pull the loose brake handle, the wire rope is pulled out, the loose brake rocker on the traction machine rotates at a certain angle, the rotation of the rocker arm compresses the steel ball under the rocker arm, and the axial displacement of the steel ball reaches When the distance is about 0.35 mm, the brake is released. The 0.35 mm mentioned here is for this type of traction machine, and other models may be different.


2. What are the factors that affect the loose gate? 1) The distance between the rocker arm and the fixed surface. The rocker arm is too tight to rotate, which will cause the wire rope to be broken and the rocker arm to be too loose. The axial displacement of the steel ball during rotation cannot meet the requirements. 2) The length of the soft shaft does not matter. The key is whether the wire rope can slide smoothly in the casing when turning the loose handle. When fixing the flexible shaft, try to bend the radius as much as possible. Insert the end of the soft shaft into the guide sleeve and try to square it. 3) The pre-tightening force of the wire rope is appropriate. The invalid stroke cannot be too long. Otherwise, the plate cannot be loosened and the tension is too tight. After the handle returns to the position, the rocker arm is not at the zero position, and the brake cannot be completely released.

3. Disassembly and assembly of the rocker arm. First of all, judge whether you want to remove the rocker arm. Only when the wire rope and the soft shaft are stuck and the wire rope cannot be pulled out, the rocker arm needs to be removed. The inner hexagon of the end of the bolt of the fixed rocker arm has slipped. When the rocker arm cannot be removed, the rocker arm is not removed, but Use the cat's claw (wire rope clip) to fix the wire rope to the rocker arm.

4, the removal steps of the flexible shaft

4.1) Cut the nylon cable tie that fixes the flexible shaft.

4.2) Cut the flexible shaft with a grinder from the red arrow a.
4.3) Refer to the red part of the figure below, and use a vise to clamp the wire rope head (or remove the wire rope clamp) to extract the wire rope.


4.4) Loosen the nut of the fixed wire rope with reference to the following figure, and remove the wire rope on the side of the control cabinet. Note that the broken wire rope pieces should not fall into the control cabinet to avoid short circuit.


4.5) After the wire rope is pulled out, the soft shaft will naturally fall off. The wire rope and the soft shaft will be taken outside the hall door and transferred to the next process.


5. The ideal length of the flexible shaft is measured with a steel tape measure on site. The length we measure is 3.5 meters, and the length of the flexible shaft that the factory is supporting is 5 meters, which is much longer. It is 3.5 meters on the removed flexible shaft, then Cut with a grinder. Note: The casing is cut here, not the wire rope! ! !

6. Install wire rope and flexible shaft. For the rivet joint, the steel wire rope is passed through the small holes of the two hoisting machine rocker arms, then the soft shaft sleeve is attached to the steel wire rope, and then the steel wire rope is passed from the point a in the above figure to the control cabinet. Pull out the wire rope on the front of the cabinet. Refer to point b in the figure above. The wire rope passes between the two washers through the fixing screws. Tighten the wire rope to fix the nut on the bolt.

7, debugging. One person operates the loose brake handle, and the other person observes the action of the loose rocker arm and the wire rope on the car top. Reasonably adjust the pre-tightening force of the wire rope and the pressing force of the rocker arm. When the handle of the loose brake is lifted, the brake can be released, and after the handle is returned, the brake rocker can return to the position. Once again, the effective displacement of the steel ball caused by the rotation of the rocker arm is only about 0.35 mm, and the operation is fine, sometimes it is a little bit worse.

8, the soft shaft is fixed. After the commissioning, the flexible shaft is fixed with a cable tie, and the hall door cannot be interfered with the soft shaft when it is opened and closed.

9. Perform the manual release operation again and use the mobile phone to record the video data to the special inspection personnel.
