Elevator safety function introduction
Elevator safety performance is highly valued today, requiring elevator companies to add safety functions when manufacturing elevators. Common safety functions are as follows:
Automatic fault detection
When the elevator has a fault, the elevator automatically detects the cause, location and status of the fault, and timely records and classifies the fault.
Standby periodic self-test function
When the number of times the elevator is running within a certain period (30 minutes) is less than a specific value (3 times), the elevator system will operate in the idle state. In the idle state, there is no call order registration, and the elevator system performs a self-test on the software safety loop to ensure that the safety loop works normally. When the self-test is over, the elevator will be in the standby working state. If the calling command is registered, the elevator will resume normal working.
Motor idling protection
The car (or counterweight) of the elevator is blocked by the obstacle and stops to descend, which causes the motor to idle and the traction rope to slip on the traction sheave. When this failure occurs, the elevator system will cause the elevator to immediately stop running and remain parked.
Position abnormality automatic correction function
During the operation of the elevator, the elevator system will automatically monitor and analyze the position of the car. When the actual position of the elevator car does not match the system analysis result due to fault or human operation, the elevator will automatically start at a low speed (15m). /min) Return to the lowest floor and recalibrate the car position. After confirming that the car position is consistent with the system analysis result, the elevator resumes normal operation.
Anti-sliding protection
When the system detects that the elevator stops the elevator, if there is a feedback pulse generated for 3 seconds and the leveling signal changes, it can be determined that the elevator has slipped and immediately stops all the operation of the car.
