2, on-site enclosure

It is forbidden for unrelated personnel to enter the job site: warning signs and safety guardrails must be set at the specified positions, and necessary safety protection measures should be taken.

3, multi-person cooperation

It is forbidden to speculate on the words and deeds and act arbitrarily: multiple people must cooperate with each other to establish a resurrection and re-speech communication system: notification → receipt → confirmation instruction (for example: “car down” → “down” (companion) → “down”), contact Gestures, etc. should be mutually confirmed and ensure accurate transmission under the influence of visibility, noise and other factors.

4, high work

It is forbidden to prevent the high-altitude measures from being in place. When working at a height of more than 2 meters, the working platform should be set in principle. If the working platform cannot be erected, the fall protection device must be used; when the position exceeds 1.5m, the ladder must be used; The rope must be reliably connected to a lifeline capable of withstanding a tension of more than 1.4 tons; the lifeline support point must be secure and capable of withstanding a tension of more than 1.4 tons.

5, open the landing door

It is forbidden to completely open the landing door at one time: the triangle door must be used to open the landing door correctly by the professional. Before the car position is determined, the landing door cannot be opened at one time, and the opening width of the landing door does not exceed 100mm.

6, entering and leaving the car top

It is forbidden to enter or exit when the emergency stop switch is not pressed: confirm the car position, cut off the car top emergency stop switch and then operate the maintenance switch after correctly opening the landing door; the landing door must be closed to verify the effectiveness of the emergency stop and maintenance switch one by one. In order to enter the car roof; before the car roof is parked, the car is parked in a suitable position, and the effectiveness of the evacuation door lock circuit must be verified before leaving the car roof. The car top inspection and emergency stop switch are restored in sequence outside the landing door. After closing the landing door, it must be confirmed that the landing door is reliably locked.

7, car top work

It is forbidden to work in the automatic running state: after entering the car top, it must work in the stop or inspection state. When stopping the ladder work, you must press the emergency stop switch; if you need to work or move outside the guardrail, you must fasten the seat belt; if you need to repair the operation, you must pay attention to the moving parts (such as wire rope, counterweight, reverse rope) Possible damage to personnel.

8, in and out of the pit

It is forbidden to enter and exit in the state of uncut emergency stop switch: give the elevator to the upper and top two button commands to confirm the car position. After correctly opening the landing door, the layer door lock and the effectiveness of each emergency stop switch must be verified; Lighting, must be confirmed that the emergency stop switch is reliably disconnected, in order to enter or leave the pit; do not jump into the pit; in the pit selection to ensure that the safe position of the electrical safety switch can be disconnected by hand, in order to allow the car to operate.

9, electrical work

It is forbidden to be charged or not insulated. When there is no need for live working, it must be powered off and checked by electricity. It should be locked and listed at the switch. If it is required to be live, it should be monitored, reliable safety measures must be taken, and insulation should be used. Protective equipment; all power tools (including portable) must use a leakage protector.

10, brake adjustment

It is forbidden to directly loosen the spring to adjust the brake: the operator must pass the brake (brake) adjustment professional training; the brake must be dismantled regularly according to the manufacturer's requirements. In strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or relevant information, under the premise of ensuring safety, first stop the car on the top floor, determine no one in the car, close the landing door, the car door, after the counterweight fully compresses the buffer, Then perform the adjustment check operation.

11, safety circuit

It is forbidden to short-circuit the electrical safety circuit in the automatic running state: it must be short-circuited with the standard short-circuit; it is forbidden to short-circuit the door and car door electrical safety circuit at the same time; the electrical safety circuit of other devices must be short-circuited under the inspection state. Short wiring must be removed before leaving, and short wiring must not be left on site.

12, save the car

It is forbidden to release people in non-leveling areas: 1. Determine the position of the car; 2. Disconnect the main power supply; 3. Install the turning device (if needed); 4. Match the manual with the two; 5. Confirm the car and the floor When the height difference of the door sill is less than 0.5m, open the landing door to safely release the passenger; 6.
