Regular maintenance of the elevator needs to check those con
First, the inspection and maintenance in the machine room
1. Traction motor.
(1) Frequently remove dust from the inside of the motor and the commutator, brushes, etc., so that there is no accumulation of dust or water and oil invading the inside of the motor.
(2) Check the insulation resistance of the motor winding and the casing every quarter to be greater than 0.5 megohm. If the resistance is reduced, measures should be taken to repair it.
(3) The motor shaft and the input shaft of the reducer are connected by a coupling. When the rigid connection is used, the concentricity should not exceed 0.02 mm. If the connection is made by elastic connection, the concentricity should not exceed 0.1 mm. The meridional runout of the moving wheel should be less than D/300 (D is the diameter of the brake wheel).
(4) The pressure of the motor carbon brush should be kept at 0.15-0.25 kg/cm2.
(5) If the motor is lubricated by the oil ring for the sliding bearing, always check the oil level and the oil is clean. Make sure that the oil ring is flexible and bring the oil up to carry out oil lubrication. At the same time, oil should not leak from pipes, valves and oil sights. For motors with rolling bearings, the manufacturer has already added a sufficient amount of lubricant (usually bearing grease) at the factory, which can be used for about 6 months, when the lubricant should be replenished. However, the type of lubricant should be in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
2. Electromagnetic brake.
(1) Check whether the combination of the input shaft and the key of the brake wheel and the reducer is loose on both sides. If it is loose, it should be repaired and repaired.
(2) The brake shoes on both sides of the brake should leave the brake wheel at the same time when the brake is released. The clearance should be even, preferably between 0.25 and 0.50 mm and not more than 0.7 mm. The tile lining on the brake shoe shall be free of grease. When the tile lining wears more than 1/4 of its thickness or the rivet head is exposed, a new tile lining should be replaced.
(3) Adjust the air gap of the electromagnet core. (The smaller the air gap is, the greater the pulling force is.) The graphite powder can be lubricated between the movable iron core of the electromagnet and the copper sleeve.
(4) Clean the brake pin and the pin hole to accumulate dust or grease, and give proper lubrication to make it move flexibly. If the shaft pin and the pin hole are worn round, the new pin and the pin sleeve should be replaced for repair.
(5) Adjust the pre-tightening force of the main spring of the brake to make the pressure appropriate. Under the premise of ensuring safety, it can meet the requirements of leveling accuracy and seat comfort.
(6) The temperature rise of the coil of the brake should not exceed 60K.
3. Traction reducer.
(1) Check the oil quantity in the reducer box to keep the oil amount within the specified range of the oil gauge. Generally, the oil level of the lower-mounted worm drive should be able to submerge the worm gear height, but it should not exceed the worm center line to avoid leakage of the oil surface too high. For the upper-mounted worm drive, the lowest oil level is immersed in the worm gear height, and the highest oil level is limited to 1/6 of the diameter of the worm gear.
(2) The split surface and the peep cover of the reducer case should be tightly connected, and oil leakage is not allowed. The oil leakage at the protruding end of the worm shaft should not exceed the following values:
The quality of the qualified product per hour does not exceed 150cm2, the first-class product is 50cm2/hour, and the superior product should not ooze oil (0cm2/hour).
(3) The oil quality in the tank should meet the requirements of the factory. China generally uses gear oil (SYB1103~62S) for HL-2O in winter, and HL-30 in summer should change oil with seasonal changes for half a year. The oil should not be filtered. Contains particulate impurities and may not be a semi-solid fatty oil.
(4) The gear unit must be free from noise, impact and abnormal vibration during operation. The oil temperature in the tank should not be higher than 85 °C, and the temperature rise of the bearing should not be higher than 60 °C. Otherwise, the reason should be stopped. Eliminate the vibration and high temperature of the noise before continuing to operate.
(5) Check the axial clearance of the worm gear. Due to the frequent reversing operation of the elevator, the thrust generated in the worm drive is received by the thrust bearing. After the bearing wears, the axial clearance of the worm increases and exceeds the standard. The worm gear reducer center distance adjustment washer or bearing cap adjustment washer should be adjusted in combination with quarterly or annual periodic maintenance, or the bearing should be replaced to keep the clearance within the specified range. This type of work often requires lifting the car and the counterweight so that the loads suspended on the traction sheave are all removed before special attention is paid to safety.
(6) Check if the positioning bolts such as the gearbox of the traction reducer, the bearing housing, and the motor chassis are loose. When the reducer is used for a long time, the worm gear teeth are worn too much, and overhaul should be carried out when there is a large commutation impact during work. Adjust the center distance, or replace the new worm gear, worm gear axial clearance.
4. Traction wheel and guide wheel (including reverse sheave, rewinding wheel).
(1) Check that the joint between the traction sheave rim and the rotating sleeve or its wheel sleeve and the shaft should be free from looseness or relative displacement. It can be displayed after the partial oiling at the joint to show the presence or absence of looseness or relative displacement.
(2) Replenishing the bearing of the traction sheave guide axle, such as the rolling bearing of the device inside the sealed bearing shell, can be used for half a year.
(3) Check that the rope groove of the traction sheave should be clean. Do not add oil to the rope groove. The oil in the rope groove and the excess lubricating oil on the surface of the wire rope should be wiped dry with a cloth.
(4) It should be checked whether the rope groove wear is consistent. When the wear depth difference between the rope grooves exceeds 1/10 of the diameter of the traction sheave, the rope groove can be relocated or the new traction sheave can be replaced. For semi-circular grooves with slits, when the rope groove is worn until the depth of the cut is less than 2 mm, the rope groove should be re-loaded, but the thickness of the rim below the under-cut is not to be smaller than the diameter of the traction wire. As shown in Figure 7-la. b is shown.
(5) When inspecting or turning the traction sheave on the ground, the car can be parked at the level of the upper station, and the counterweight in the pit is grounded with a wooden frame, and the top hook of the machine room is hung with a chain hoist. Weight 3 tons) Lift the car with the wire rope sling, remove all the traction wire ropes on the traction sheave, and then hang the car fixedly on the load-bearing beam of the traction machine with the sling, then vacate the chain hoist to disassemble Traction wheel, replace the new traction wheel. It is also possible to install a set of turning frames on the ground to rotate the traction machine to re-turn the traction wheel groove in the car room to repair the groove shape. Then, the traction wire rope is hung on the traction sheave, and the hoist is used to reset and fold the car to the wooden frame above the counterweight, and then the hoist is removed before the test run can be performed.
(6) Perform a hammer test on the rim of the traction sheave and the guide wheel to determine whether there is a crack. If any crack is found, it should be replaced immediately.
(7) Check that all bearing bolts of the traction sheave and the guide wheel should be fastened.
5. Speed limiter and safety gear.
(1) Check the dirt accumulated by the cleaning speed limiter and the shaft, and refuel it every week to keep it well lubricated, so that it can respond sensitively to the speed change and be flexible. And keep the lead seal on the speed limiter spring intact.
(2) The dirt of the rope clamp of the speed limiter should be eliminated in time to make the rope move reliably.
(3) The speed limiter tensioning device should be refueled frequently to ensure flexible movement or rotation.
(4) Check that the safety clamp rod and transmission mechanism should be clean and lubricated, the movement is flexible and there is no jamming phenomenon, and the pulling force and lifting height should meet the requirements.
(5) Check the gap between the wedge of the safety clamp and the working surface of the guide rail with a feeler gauge to keep the gap within the range of 2 to 3 mm.
(6) The action of the safety tongs on both sides should be synchronized, and the safety tongs should be operated quickly and reliably.
6. Inspection and maintenance of the control cabinet (screen).
(1) In the frequent inspections and periodic inspections, take countermeasures after careful visual inspection.
1 Use a soft brush and a hair dryer to remove dust accumulated on the inside and outside of the control panel and all its electrical components, and keep it clean.
2 Check whether all wirings are slack, open or shorted, and remove the looseness between the wires and the terminals and the breakage of the wire connectors connected to the moving contacts.
(2) Check all contactors and relays in the control cabinet.
1 Clear the contactor and relay action is not flexible and reliable.
2 Check whether there is ablation of each contact, the ablation is serious, the contact surface is uneven, and the contact with large noise can be carefully trimmed with a fine point file (do not sand with sand). When trimming the shape of the contact, a sample should be made for calibration, so that the trimmed contacts have the same shape curve of the new contacts to ensure that the function and life of the use meet the requirements.
(3) When checking the fuses in the control cabinet (screen), carefully check that the rated current of each fuse is consistent with the rated current of the loop power supply. For the motor circuit, the rated current of the fuse should be 2.5 to 3 times the rated current of the motor.
(4) Check that the insulation resistance between the conductors in the control cabinet (screen) and between the conductor and the ground must be greater than 100 Ω / V and not less than the following provisions:
1 power circuit and electrical safety device circuit is 0.5 megohm (MΩ)
2 other circuits are 0.25 megohms (MΩ)
Except for circuit voltages below 25 volts (V).
3 control cabinet (screen) withstand voltage test except 25V, the conductive part is applied to the ground twice the maximum voltage of the circuit, plus 1000V, after 1 minute, there can be no wear or flash phenomenon.
7. Three-phase bridge rectifier.
(1) Pay attention to whether the fuse size used is appropriate to ensure that the rectifier does not overload or short circuit.
(2) After the rectifier works for a certain period of time, its output power will be reduced. At this time, only the secondary voltage of the transformer can be increased to compensate.
(3) If the rectifier is stored for more than three months, its power loss may increase, and the “forming test” should be performed before putting it into use. Follow the steps below.
1 first add 50% rated voltage for 15 minutes.
2 plus 75% of rated voltage for 15 minutes.
3 Finally added to 100% rated voltage.
8. Traction wire rope and rope head combination.
(1) The minimum number of ropes for elevator traction ropes is 2, and usually more than 3 are used. For this reason, the tensile force of each traction rope should be checked regularly. The difference should be within 5%. Check and adjust the methods in Chapters 3-5 and 3(6)(7) of Chapter 3 of this book.
(2) The surface of the traction wire rope should be kept clean, and the lubricating oil leaking from the core should be too much. When the surface area gathers and sticks to dust and other debris, it should be wiped clean with a tar or tar cleaning cloth (do not rinse with kerosene) When using a brush, you can only apply some kerosene. Do not let the kerosene infiltrate the core and destroy the wire rope core oil contained in the original impregnation of the core. When the wire rope has a long date of use and the rope core is depleted, the surface of the wire rope will be rusted due to drying. In this case, the thin oil should be applied to the surface to make the oil penetrate into the core to replenish the core oil content, and then wipe. The dry surface is used by people.
(3) When the wire rope is seriously worn, its diameter is less than 90% of the original diameter or the individual filaments in the wire rope are worn more than 40% of the original diameter. When there is a break, the wire rope should be immediately deactivated. In addition, when the wire rope is found to have a partial broken wire without the above-mentioned serious damage, the number of broken wires can be determined according to the number of broken wires in Table 2-6 of this book.
(4) The wire rope rope head generally adopts the rope head taper sleeve, the garland knot and the process of casting the babbitt alloy can be carried out according to the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 of the book. The combined strength of the rope head should not be lower than the breaking force of the wire rope. 80%.
(5) The elastic elongation of the wire rope will occur after loading. For this reason, it should be checked frequently whether the buffer over-travel of the bottom plate to the top of the buffer meets the requirements when the elevator car is leveled on the upper end (spring-loaded buffer 200). ~350 mm; hydraulic buffer 150 ~ 400 mm) If the overrun is not required, it can be adjusted by adjusting the taper taper bolt. If the adjustment range is exceeded, the wire rope must be cut to make the rope head. This work must be carried out by supporting the counterweight on the skid erected on the counterweight buffer under the pit. The car is lifted by the chain hoist hanging from the hook on the top of the machine room (with this section 4 (5) ) The same) Then remove the traction wire rope to carry out, pay attention to the safety requirements during the work, be sure to be foolproof.
9. Inspection and maintenance of the concentrator.
(1) Check the condition of all the transmission mechanisms on the classifier to achieve clean, lubricated, flexible rotation and no jamming.
(2) Check the condition of the transmission steel belt and the transmission chain. If there is any broken belt, broken chain, or the steel belt chain and the pulley, the sprocket is not properly meshed or loosened, it should be repaired and eliminated in time.
(3) Check the contact reliability and pressing force of the moving and static contacts on the selector to adjust to the required state. Contacts that are too worn and cannot be repaired should be replaced in time. The surface of the contact should be kept clean and the ablation should be carefully repaired with a thin plate.
(4) Check the tightening of bolts in all parts. If loose, tighten them in time.
10. Check and repair of the limit switch.
(1) The limit switch should be flexible and reliable. The wire rope should be able to properly disconnect the switch by pulling it. The reset handle should enable the switch to be properly reset.
(2) In combination with the inspection of the hoistway, the test of the ram and the limit switch on the car is reliable, and it must be ensured that the car is over the range of 50 to 200 mm when the car is beyond the normal operation. Get rid of the frame action and cut off the limit switch.
(3) Every year, according to the requirements of the acceptance specification, an over-the-counter inspection is required to meet the requirements of (2) above.
11. Environmental inspection and maintenance of the equipment room.
(1) Unauthorized personnel should be prohibited from entering the equipment room, and the door should be locked when the inspection maintenance personnel leave.
(2) The indoor air conditioning should be well ventilated, and the temperature of the equipment room should be adjusted to keep the air temperature in the equipment room within the range of 5 to 40 °C. When the average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, the monthly minimum temperature is not higher than 25 °C, and there is no danger of explosion in the air medium of the equipment room, and there is no gas and conductive dust sufficient to corrode metal and destroy insulation. The supply voltage fluctuation is required to be no more than ± 7%.
(3) The distance between the control cabinet and the screen in the equipment room should be no less than 500 mm, and the distance from the wall should be no less than 600 mm.
Second, the inspection and maintenance of the landing equipment
1. The protection of the hoistway.
If the hoistway wall is shielded with barbed wire, the shielding of all floors should be checked, paying particular attention to the joint portion of the wire mesh should be securely positioned and fastened.
2. Summon button.
The car can be inspected by sequentially summoning the car to each floor. The tester can cooperate with the elevator in the car to check whether the car call indicator and the position indicator meet the requirements.
3. Floor indicator.
The floor indicator can be combined with the call button check, and the request indication is consistent with the actual running position of the car. If there is any difference, the cause should be identified and matched.
4. Layer door.
(1) Check whether the door rails of each layer door are firm and have sufficient rigidity. The dust or grease accumulated on the door rail and the door sliding guide should be cleaned regularly, and a small amount of lubricating oil should be added to make the landing door open and close. Light and flexible, no jamming, no jumping, no noise.
(2) Check whether the pulley of the suspension door is worn and the door leaf sag. This can be determined by measuring the clearance between the lower edge of the door and the sill. If the clearance between the door and the sill is less than 1 mm, the door pulley should be replaced.
(3) If the landing door of any floor is not closed and the door lock contact is not connected, the elevator should not start running.
(4) When the elevator car is not on a certain floor, the landing door of this floor should not be opened by hand on the landing (except for emergency unlocking).
(5) The door is unlocked urgently.
When such a device is installed on the landing door, the switch should be inspected. When the car is parked on the floor, the inspector can open the landing door outside the landing door with a special key for maintenance and other emergency needs. This key should be kept by a special person to prevent casual damage to the open door and cause the person to fall into the pit of the hoistway.
Third, inspection and maintenance in the car
1. Car door door door electric lock.
(1) When the car door is leveled, the door opener on the car door should be correctly inserted between the two rollers of the hook lock on the landing door, and with the car door open, the hook lock lock and the lock are disengaged. , the electric lock contact is disconnected, the car is stopped, and the car door and the landing door are simultaneously opened.
(2) The length of the engagement between the electric lock and the electrical contact and the lock should be greater than 7 mm. The car can only be activated when the locking element engages at least 7 mm.
2. Car control panel inspection.
Always check the contact and wear of the contactors, buttons, switches on the control panel, repair, adjust and replace if necessary.
3. When the car safety gear is driven by the car bottom rope drum, the car floor should be raised, and the rope drum, safety rope and related mechanisms should be inspected, cleaned and lubricated.
4. Car top safety window and car side safety door.
(1) The safety window of the car roof should only be opened to the outside of the car. The door is equipped with safety contacts. When the door is opened, the electrical contact is disconnected and the elevator can no longer be activated. Therefore, the equipment and electrical contacts installed on the safety window are cleaned and maintained during each inspection.
(2) The side safety door of the car can only be opened to the car, and the door is also equipped with safety contacts. When the door is opened, the electrical contact is disconnected, the elevator can not be started, and the electrical contacts should be frequently maintained and cleaned. .
5. Emergency alarm device.
A bell, buzzer, or telephone may be installed in the car.
These alarm devices should be tested and should be able to pass to the duty room of the building or a place similar to a person and should be able to respond effectively and in a timely manner.
6. Lighting device inspection.
The illuminator should be checked for reliability and the illuminance should be such that at least 50 lux of illumination on the ground and control unit is required. The action of the lighting switch should also meet the requirements.
7. Running status check.
The car is operated up and down along the hoistway, and the braking effect at the time of stopping is observed. The braking distance should not be too long to avoid excessive sliding of the car when the car is parked, which affects the leveling accuracy. The brakes should not be too severe and cause vibration of the car. At the same time, the acceleration and deceleration values should be measured to keep the starting acceleration and braking deceleration within the limits allowed by national regulations.
Fourth, inspection and maintenance at the top of the car
1. Use the car button or emergency operation to move the car roof to the same level as the floor (except the bottom floor) and enter the car roof. However, an assistant should be assigned to the car in the car, and then open the landing door to enter the car roof with an emergency unlock.
2. Check whether the combination of the headboard and the rope head on the upper beam above the car top is firm and reliable (1:1 elevator), or the support and lubrication of the reverse rope on the upper beam of the car, all dust should be removed. And grease.
3. Check and repair the automatic door opener.
(1) Clean and lubricate the entire automatic door opening machine.
(2) Check the wear of the carbon brush of the DC motor of the switch door and replace the carbon brush with severe wear.
(3) Check that the transmission of the switch door mechanism should be flexible and reliable, and adjust the tension of the transmission tape. If the tape is elongated, the eccentric shaft of the tape wheel and the bolt of the motor base can be adjusted, and the length of the belt drive center distance is increased to make it tension.
(4) Check the rocker and hinge shaft of the switch door, which should be flexible, well lubricated and reliable.
4. Speed limiter wire rope.
(1) Visual inspection of the speed limiter's rope rolling device and related springs shall be kept clean and lubricated without rust.
(2) In the machine room, the inspector's cooperation personnel manually press the speed limiter's rolling line device to clamp the speed limiter wire rope, which should be able to drive the speed limit rope handle on the side of the beam on the car frame to cut off the car. The safety clamp switch on the web of the upper beam of the car causes the traction motor and brake to lose power and stop.
(3) After the safety clamp switch is reset, the speed limiter rope rolling device shall be able to release the speed limiter wire rope so that it can operate only when the next overspeed is down.
5. Lubrication and inspection of the car guide shoe and guide rail.
(1) Check that the guide shoe and the car frame are positioned firmly and correctly.
(2) Check the matching of the guide shoe and the guide rail.
1 Sliding guide shoe should be replaced in time when its shoe lining wears more than 1 mm.
2 Spring-type sliding guide shoes should check the pressing force of the guide shoes on the guide rails. When the boot lining is worn out, it should be replaced with a new boot lining to keep it tight, or adjust the spring to make it compact. However, excessively worn boots should be replaced in time.
(3) The sliding guide shoe should be regularly added with appropriate amount of lubricant. If it is equipped with automatic oiling equipment, it should check whether the oil quantity in the automatic oiling machine is sufficient, and adjust the oil filling amount should be appropriate, not too much or too little. .
(4) No lubricant can be added to the surface of the roller guide shoe or guide rail. However, the spring pressure of each roller guide shoe should be adjusted so that the three rollers of each set of guide shoes are evenly pressed against the working surface of the guide rail.
(5) The roller bearing should be filled with lubricant. When the roller is uncoiled, peeled off, and the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
(6) The tightening of the bolts of the rail connecting plate and the guide rail of the guide rail should be inspected in detail. Generally, the bolts of all the pressure guiding plates should be repeatedly tightened every other year.
6. Inspection and repair of the reverse sheave (car top wheel).
It can be carried out in the same requirements and methods as the guide wheels.
7. Check and repair.
(1) The inspection and maintenance requirements for the re-guide shoe and the guide rail are the same as those for the car guide shoe and the guide rail.
(2) Check if the heavy-duty iron will press the heavy iron in the counterweight. There should be no collision sound during operation. When the emergency brake and safety clamp are used to clamp the guide rail, or when the counterweight hits the bottom, the counterweight should not fall off the counterweight.
(3) Check whether the wire rope head on the heavy frame is normal or the rotation of the reverse rope wheel is flexible and normal. It is required to be the same as the car rope head and the reverse rope wheel.
8. Check the action of the local train and the stop switch.
(1) When a layered switch is used, a switch is mounted on the car frame, and a collision device is installed at each stop position of the hoistway. The position of these switches and the collision device should be determined and secure, and the mutual fit should be appropriate. The slow-turning switch moves the hoisting machine into the slow-leveling speed before stopping, and then the parking switch hits the collision device to de-energize the traction motor and the brake and brakes to stop.
(2) When the sensor is used and the flat plate is used, the elevator is decelerated, leveled and parked. It should be checked whether the joint position of the sensing spring fixed on the car frame and the flat magnetic shielding plate fixed in the hoistway is correct and firm, whether there is disconnection or misconnection, and whether the contact in the sensing spring can Switch on and off conditions as required.
9. Check the upper station deceleration switch and limit switch.
(1) Push the upper end station deceleration switch by hand on the car top. Even if the elevator decelerates, the position of the deceleration switch and the car collision bow should match each other to ensure that the slamming bow can push the deceleration switch.
(2) Disconnect the upper end limit switch by hand on the car top, and ensure that the elevator stops. The car collision bow and the upper end limit switch should cooperate with each other to ensure that the elevator can be parked every time.
10. Check the running elevator.
When the elevator has a junction box in the middle of the hoistway, it should be checked at the top of the hoistway that there should be no loosening or breaking. It should also be checked that the wires should not rub or touch anything in the hoistway.
11. Pay full attention to safety when checking on the car top. Concentrate on standing and standing. When performing various tasks, the safety switch on the car top should be cut off to make the car inoperable. Only when the car top maintenance personnel thinks that it is necessary to lift the car, can he issue a command and turn on the maintenance switch to make the car run. .
5. Inspection and maintenance of equipment in the pit of the well
1. Enter the pit and open the low-voltage lighting in the pit first, then press the pit stop switch to cut off the elevator circuit so that the car can no longer run.
2. Inspection and maintenance of the lower station deceleration switch and limit switch.
In the same way as the upper station.
3. Sedan guide shoes.
The inspectors stand in the pit and inspect and repair according to the same requirements as the car top guide shoes.
4. Run the cable.
The lowest part of the cable and its fixed part of the car should be checked frequently. After the car is compressed, the cable must not be in contact with the pit floor and the car bottom frame.
5. Car safety gear.
(1) The jaws or wedges of the momentary safety gear shall be free of any contact with each other when the car is in normal operation.
(2) The speed limiter should be operated by hand (when the empty car runs down), the speed limit rope should be rolled, and the safety clamp switch should be disconnected. When the speed limit rope is continuously pulled up, the safety clamp lever can be actuated by the speed limit rope on the car side, and finally the safety clamp wedge or the clamp head can be pulled up by both side levers at the same time to roll the guide rail.
(3) When using progressive safety clamps, in addition to the above requirements, it should be noted that the sliding distance of the safety clamps on the guide rails when stopping the car should comply with the specifications.
6. The buffer of the car and the counterweight.
(1) For spring-loaded buffers, check that the positioning bolts are in the correct position and fastened. The top surface should be horizontal and aligned with the car or the bottom of the counterweight. The spring should be free from deformation and rust. Painted to protect. When the car is in the flat position of the upper end station, the vertical distance between the counter bottom plate and the top surface of the buffer should be maintained at 200-350 mm. Otherwise, this distance should be maintained by adjusting the stud bolt until the rope head is redone.
(2) For hydraulic shock absorbers, keep the exposed plunger part clean and apply anti-rust grease to protect it. It should also be ensured that the amount of hydraulic oil in the cylinder is not lower than the oil level. Generally, the specified type of hydraulic oil should be added once a quarter. The hydraulic buffer reset function should be checked regularly and should be responsive and normal. If the hydraulic buffer is not reset, the elevator car should not be able to operate. When the car is in the flat position of the upper end station, the vertical distance between the counterweight bottom plate and the top surface of the buffer should be maintained at 150-400 mm. Otherwise, the distance should be maintained by adjusting the stud bolt until the rope head is redone.
7. Speed limiter wire rope tensioning device.
The pulley frame of the speed limiter wire rope tensioning device shall be able to slide freely on its track, and care should be taken to clean and lubricate the moving parts. When the speed limit rope is broken or slack, the rope protection switch shall cut off the control circuit to stop the elevator or fail to start.
8. The inspection and maintenance requirements of the strip protection device of the steel belt tensioner of the mechanical selector are the same as those of the speed limiter rope.
9. Inspection of the compensation chain or compensation wire rope.
(1) The compensation chain should be silenced by wire braiding to eliminate noise during operation. This should be checked.
(2) The tensioning wheel of the compensation rope is usually tensioned and tensioned. The moving part of the tensioning device should be cleaned and lubricated to enable it to slide on its track. In case of broken rope, the broken rope switch should be disconnected in time. Stop the elevator.
